  • Counselled Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. in submitting and implementing a takeover bid to buy up the remaining voting shares in AB SANITAS (2011);
  • Counselled in offering newly issued AB Avia Solutions Group shares to investors in Poland and admitting such shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (2011);
  • Counselled in implementing a mandatory takeover bid to buy up the shares of AB Snaigė (2011); 
  • Counselled in offering newly issued AB Agrowill Group shares to investors in Poland and admitting such shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange NASDAQ OMX Vilnius (2011);
  • Represented BaltCap OU, the leading private equity and venture capital manager in the Baltic States, in establishment of the first ever venture capital fund to invest into Lithuanian SMEs. This forms part of the EIF managed JEREMIE Holding Fund initiative ir Lithuania (2010);
  • Represented Swedbank Corporate Finance, the leading corporate finance adviser in Scandinavia and the Baltic States, on the initial public offering (IPO) of AB Linas Agro Group shares with the aggregate value of EUR 30 million. AB Linas Agro Group is the first issuer to enter the Main List of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius during the last two years (2010);
  • Represented City Service AB, a manager of one of the largest groups of companies providing building maintenance services in the Baltic States, on the public offering of shares with the aggregate value of EUR 20 million (2010);
  • Advised Siauliu Bankas AB, the bank listed on the Nasdaq OMX Vilnius stock exchange, on the public offering of the shares and mandatory takeover bid (2010);
  • Represented a shareholder in the dispute with one of the major companies engaged in demolition of industrial structures and treatment of construction waste (2009-2010);
  • Counselled UAB Melesta, a metal processing company operating in five major cities of Lithuania, on issues of business restructuring and initiation of restructuring proceedings (2009-2010);
  • Counselled AB Linas Agro Group, one of the major companies in Lithuania engaged in trade of agricultural products, agricultural supplies, production and processing, in submitting and realising the initial public offering (2009-2010);
  • Counselled the major shareholders of AB Šiaulių bankas in submitting and realising a tender offer to buy up the remaining shares of the bank (2009-2010);
  • Counselled UAB ARMITANA, one of the major companies controlling the network of footwear shops in Lithuania, in disputes with lessors (2009);
  • Assisted in due diligence of the documents used by UAB FMĮ Orion Securities, one of the major finance brokers in Lithuania (2009);
  • Represented a major Lithuanian sewing company in resolution of a dispute between its shareholders (2008-2009);
  • Represented interests of LEO LT, AB when minor shareholders of AB VST demanded mandatory redemption of shares held by them and in the judicial dispute regarding the fair price of AB VST shares (2008-2009);
  • Represented a shareholder in case of a shareholder dispute in the company holding a major household waste manager in Lithuania (2008-2009);
  • In case of a shareholder dispute in a major confectionery factory in Lithuania, represented one of the shareholders in takeover of the control of the company (2008);
  • Represented a number of financial brokerage firms and management companies in their relations with the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania (2006-2008);
  • Represented the majority shareholder in settlement of a dispute of shareholders of a major Lithuanian brewery (2007);
  • Assisted in connection with organisation and implementation of the establishment of the closed real estate investment trust by one of the major Lithuanian real estate project developers (2006);
  • In cooperation with the Estonian law firm Tark & Co, counselled Sampo Group regarding the establishment of a Societas Europea (2005);
  • Participated in implementation of Lithuanian pension system reform resulting in the option to accumulate assets  in private superannuation funds;
  • Assisted in instituting the system of mortgage lending in Lithuania;
  • Participated in drafting numerous legislative acts of the Republic of Lithuania, governing company activities and capital markets: Law on Companies, Law on Collective Investment Undertakings, Law on the Securities Market, Law on Pension Accumulation, Law on Supplementary Voluntary Pension Accumulation, etc.
