Private Funds

We have considerable experience in provision of legal services related to establishment of private fund managers and advising them in their business. Our services include selection and creation of the optimal structure of fund managers, assistance in drafting of documents necessary for obtaining of licences and representation of interested persons before the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and and other related authorities in order to obtain business licences.

We also provide legal assistance in selection of legal structures optimal for the business of funds and drafting of documents necessary for creation and activities of all types of funds. TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE is also experienced in creation of alternative investment funds (private equity funds, risk capital funds, hedge funds, etc.).

Our attorneys participated as legal advisors in the implementation of the reform of private pension funds in the Baltics they also contributed to drafting of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Collective Investment Undertakings, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Additional Voluntary Accumulation of Pensions and other related laws and regulations applicable to activities of private funds and their managers.
