The firm advised the sale of GoAdveture to Avia Solutions Group

The firm’s M&A team led by associate partner Sander Kärson advised Avia Solutions Group, a Lithuanian capital-based aviation holding corporation listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on the acquisition of the Estonian tour operator GoAdventure. GoAdventure will soon carry the name Kidy Tour, a tour operator owned by Avia Solutions Group.

Tark Grunte Sutkiene successfully represents Enefit in the public procurement dispute worth 12 million euros in Latvia

Following a claim submitted by SIA Enefit, the subsidiary of the Estonian electricity producer Eesti Energia in Latvia, the Procurement Monitoring Bureau precluded VAS Latvijas dzelzceļš from conclusion of the electricity supply agreement with AS Latvenergo worth 12 million euros.

Tark Grunte Sutkiene rendered legal assistance to Norvik Banka AS during preparation of all the necessary documentation for registration of the open alternative investment fund NORVIK CIS FIXED INCOME ABSOLUTE RETURN FUND with the Financial and Capital Market Commission. The fund will be managed by AS “NORVIK ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība”, and it is going to make investments mainly in the bonds of issuers registered in the CIS and developing countries.

AB INVL Technology has successfully transformed into a closed-ended investment company

Tark Grunte Sutkiene has successfully advised AB INVL Technology on its transformation into a special closed-ended investment company. A necessary license and approval were issued by the Bank of Lithuania in July 2016. The Bank of Lithuania has also approved the company’s share prospectus for listing of the shares on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange.

EIB and Šiaulių bankas renew support for urban renewal in Lithuania

The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Šiaulių bankas have signed two new agreements to support the refurbishment and modernisation of multi-apartment buildings in Lithuania with an additional EUR 110 million under the Jessica II fund, EUR 70 million of which is contributed by Šiaulių bankas.
