Andrej Rudanov, lawyer of Tark Grunte Sutkiene, made a report in the seminar “Privacy at work. E-mail use and the internet” organised by the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA). During the seminar the participants discussed general cases of using e-mail, internet and personal communication at work, evaluation of e-mail monitoring and discussion of the rules for e-mail use. At the seminar the speaker introduced the aspects of legislative regulation of the subject and its practical use.
