On December 5, 2008, Nasdaq OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange organized a workshop for the issuers. Andres Siigur, senior associate, and Kerstin Pilt, associate, gave a presentation in the workshop. Their presentation concentrated on issuers’ obligations related to the insiders and their connected persons and mitigation of related risks.

Andres Siigur and Kerstin Pilt are members of the Banking and Finance practice group in Tark & Co.
