Banking and Finance practice group in Riga

On 15-16 February 2008, the meeting of Banking and finance practice groups of law firm Tark & Co and its strategic partners Sutkien?, Pilkauskas and Partners (Lithuania) and Loze, Grunte & Cers (Latvia) took place in Riga.

Law firm Tark & Co was represented by partner Hannes Vallikivi and associates Andres Siigur, Olger Marjak, Mihkel Kolk, Ardo-Heiki Ingar and lawyers Kirsti Pent and Merilin Valdmaa.

The participants of the meeting discussed the news and trends of the financial markets in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, implementation of the EU directive on prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, new regulation of financial services as well as financial assistance rules in the three countries.
