Dispute Resolution Handbook by Tark & Co to be Published in June

The handbook describes different ways of resolving civil and administrative disputes, focusing on alternative dispute resolution. Settlement procedure is touched upon and an overview is given of various negotiation tactics, for the authors think that skilful negotiating lays a foundation for reaching a favourable agreement.

 The publication concentrates on introducing alternative dispute resolution techniques (civil and administrative disputes) and comparing them to the normal trial process. The authors attempt to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of resolving disputes, pointing out the costs involved, limitation periods, and other things a company should be aware of when encountering a certain type of a dispute and planning its activities.

 

The book also deals briefly with execution proceedings, including execution documents. The timeline of such proceedings has been provided and guidelines are given to parties how to protect their rights.
