Estonian Air sale agreement between SAS and Estonian State entered into force

The shareholders of AS Estonian Air, the Estonian State and SAS, signed a written confirmation on meeting the conditions precedent to the transaction on 5 November. Therefore, the agreements on increase of share capital concluded by the parties entered into force. According to the agreement, the state will hold 90 per cent and SAS 10 per cent of the shares in AS Estonian Air.

The lawyers involved in the transaction were Risto Vahimets, Allar Aru, and Mihkel Kolk.
