Estonian Railways back in the Government’s hands

Preceded by lengthy negotiations between the parties, the Government finally decided to terminate the Estonian Railways Privatization Agreement and to repurchase shares from Baltic Rail Services, a company representing different Estonian and foreign private investors. Tark & Co acted as a legal counsel for the state upon the privatization of Estonian Railways.
