On 11 April 2007, KPMG held a pre-seminar to Pärnu Finance Conference 2007. The seminar was dedicated to Societas Europaea (SE) and discussed whether this was a new tool for raising efficiency. Hannes Vallikivi of Tark & Co gave an in-depth overview of Estonian legal environment’s readiness for the new challenge such as SE.
