Hannes Vallikivi is member of TSE Listing Committee

Tark & Co partner Hannes Vallikivi was elected as a member of The Listing and Surveillance Committee, Tallinn Stock Exchange.
Duties of the Committee include listing, admission to trading, delisting and, under TSE Rules, surveillance over listed companies and member firms, including imposing sanctions.

Tallinn Stock Exchange is the only regulated securities market in Estonia. It is part of OMX, which owns and operates exchanges in Iceland, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius.
