Hannes Vallikivi, Margo Lemetti and Olger Marjak were speakers of seminar

On 31 March 2009, Tark & Co’s partners, Margo Lemetti and Hannes Vallikivi, and attorney-at-law, Olger Marjak, appeared as speakers at a law seminar held at Tartu Science Park. They spoke on topical issues of business, labour and IP law, including involvement of investors, management liability, new Employment Contracts Act, legal protection of databases, protection of personal data, etc.

Tartu Science Park is the oldest organisation uniting high-tech companies in Estonia. Currently there are about 60 companies in the science park, engaged in the research, development and production of various high-tech solutions from computer software and apparatus building to bio- and nanotechnology.
