Hannes Vallikivi publishes an article on cross-border merger

Tark & Co partner Hannes Vallikivi published an in-depth article on cross-border mergers in the May issue of Estonia's most prominent law journal Juridica. In the article, Hannes describes his experience in the first ever cross-border merger in the Baltics and gives practical hints for implementation and future application of the new EU Cross-border Merger Directive.
