In some cases, a civil law partnership is entitled to file petitions with administrative courts

The Supreme Court held that in environmental matters a civil law partnership may file a petition with an administrative court, provided it acts on behalf of public at large. The partnership must represent the views of the vast majority of the public and the latter should widely accept the partnership as its representative.
