Interview with lawyer Andrej Rudanov about a person’s (employee’s) privacy at work

The legal portal Infolex published an interview with Andrej Rudanov, lawyer of law firm Tark Grunte Sutkiene, about an employee’s privacy at work and the employer’s interests in this case.
Andrej Rudanov, in reply to Infolex questions, commented on the regulation of a person’s privacy at work as a part of labour relations, examined practical cases and discussed the relevant case law. The interview (in Lithuanian) is available here.
