Kessler moderates international financial conference

On January 19, 2007, Kilvar Kessler of Tark & Co moderated a conference dedicated to 5th anniversary of the unified financial supervision in Estonia. Sir Callum McCarthy of UK FSA, Kaarlo Jännäri of Finnish RATA, the Governor of the Central Bank Andres Lipstok, Estonian Minister of Finance Mr. Aivar Sõerd, Raul Malmstein of EFSA and others delivered presentations on future developments of financial services market in Europe.
