On 17 March, partner Risto Vahimets, head of Baltic M&A at TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE, participated in the Independent Law Firms Forum arranged annually by the leading legal publication Legal Week in London. The event was well organized and attended by managers and partners of internationally active independent law firms. The forum contained presentations from several in house counsels of global companies, reputable management consultants as well as law firm managers. The topics of discussion included the latest trends in the global legal markets as well as current and relevant law firm management issues.
