Risto Vahimets presenting at Colliers seminar

On 9 September, Colliers International organised a seminar to its clients and business partners, where Tark & Co partner Risto Vahimets delivered a speech.

Risto Vahimets spoke on the current M&A trends in the Baltics, giving a survey of the recent developments on the property market as observed by lawyers. Tark & Co has offered advice on property transactions for more than 15 years.

The Managing Director of Colliers Estonia, Ardi Roosimaa, presented the Commercial Real Estate Market Report in the Baltic States and Belarus for the first half-year 2008. The Report contains comparisons and observations of the developments on the office and retail market in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus.
