Secondees at Tark & Co

This week (26-30 November) Tark & Co hosts two secondees: Heidi Haanpää from Hannes Snellman and Jonas Holmqvist from Mannheimer Swartling.

Hannes Snellman is a leading Finnish law firm with focus on transactions and conflict management

Mannheimer Swartling is a leading business law office in Sweden.

Both secondees specialise in M&A. At Tark & Co, they participate in the work of the M&A practice group.

Such a secondment program is an excellent opportunity for us to share our experience, get a fresh look at ourselves, introduce the Estonian legal system and learn about the practice of our Finnish and Swedish colleagues. As an important part of the program, our foreign colleagues get acquainted with the Estonian way of life, Estonian culture, City of Tallinn, etc.
