Banking and finance lawyers participated in a seminar in Riga

In late January, the members of the Banking and Finance Practice Group of Tark & Co, led by partner Hannes Vallikivi, participated in a seminar held in Riga as a cooperative project between TLS Alliance (Tark & Co along with Latvian law firm Grunte & Cers and Lithuanian law firm Sutkiene, Pilkauskas & Partners) and the largest law firm in Sweden - Mannheimer Swartling. Attendees touched upon newer banking trends that reflect the gradual recovery of the banking sector from the global financial crisis and contemplated various ways to perfect financing documents currently in use in banking, both when signing new and amending existing agreements. The discussion and exchange of experiences that took place at the seminar will help TLS Alliance continue to provide legal services to its banking clients on an up-to-date level and to effectively alleviate typical financing-related risks.
