Senior associate Agnius Pilipavičius held a seminar on restructuring

On 28 April 2011, TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE senior associate Agnius Pilipavičius held a seminar for the employees of AB Šiaulių Bankas and its subsidiaries. At the seminar, the speaker presented the changes in the regulation of the institute of restructuring after the coming into effect of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Restructuring of Enterprise on 1 October 2010. The participants discussed the application of the institute of restructuring in practice.
More than 20 employees of AB Šiaulių Bankas and its subsidiaries from all over Lithuania attended the seminar.
