Student Law Contest STOP 2010

Mr. Vilius Bernatonis (a partner) and Ms. Evelina Agota Vitkutė (an associate) acted as referees in the 13th Student Law Contest STOP 2010 organised by the Lithuanian National Group (ELSA Lietuva) of the European Law Students’ Association, a member of the largest organization of law students and young lawyers in Europe.
The law firm is pleased that Lithuanian law students met the topic proposed for the contest, i.e. Energy law, with considerable interest. The Student Law Contest consisted of two rounds. In the first round, the participants had to answer questions and the top 20 participants were qualified for the second round. Essay writing and a moot court competition were the events of the second round.
Each year thrusting and gifted law students from all over Lithuania take a challenge in the Student Law Contest, which stands a good chance not only to show your knowledge, but also to pick up experience and win valuable prizes.
