Tark & Co co-hosts a seminar on corporate governance

Tark & Co and OMX, an Estonian stock exchange, will have a joint practical corporate governance seminar for issuers on January 29, 2007. Mr. Hannes Vallikivi of Tark & Co will discuss responsibilities of corporate bodies in compiling a corporate governance report. Mr. Kilvar Kessler, one of the drafters of the Estonian Corporate Governance Code, will discuss about future developments of corporate governance in Europe.
