Tark & Co held a seminar on Luxembourg investment vehicles

Tark & Co and a leading Luxembourg law firm Arendt & Medernach held a joint seminar to introduce different regulated and unregulated investment management vehicles in Luxembourg, which is undeniably one of the most favourable jurisdictions for investment management services.

Arendt & Medernach is a leading Luxembourg law firm formed in 1988 with international banking, corporate, tax, commercial, finance, litigation and investment management practices and over 250 legal professionals. Mr Yves Lacroix from the Investment Management Practice and Mr Thierry Lesage from the Corporate, Tax and Intellectual Property Practice of Arendt & Medernach spoke of different fund-like vehicles available in Luxembourg for raising financing and to give practical tips on structuring and running such vehicles.
