Tark & Co partner contributes to the investment textbook

The Tallinn Stock Exchange and top securities specialists issued the Investment Guide, a first comprehensive textbook on investing in Estonian. Kilvar Kessler of Tark & Co contributed to the textbook an article on good corporate governance. Other topics discussed the history of stock exchange in Estonia, investment principles, strategies etc. Kilvar is also one of the authors of Estonian Corporate Governance Code, he specializes in financial markets and corporate law.
