Law firm TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE successfully advised AS Kodu Grupp in reorganisation proceedings. AS Kodu Grupp is active in logistics and development of industrial real estate, construction of industrial parks and related infrastructure, construction and rental of buildings, and sale of developed plots. The company owns, among other things, the 37-hectare Jüri Industrial Park located just outside Tallinn. On 9 December 2010, the Harju County Court approved a reorganisation plan for AS Kodu Grupp; the plan covers a period of five years and the fulfilment of the reorganisation plan is supervised by TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE  partner Risto Vahimets as a reorganisation adviser.
