Tark Grunte Sutkiene advised SAS Group on Estonian Air sale agreement

Tark Grunte Sutkiene advised the SAS Group onconcluding a transaction for increase of the share capital of the airline Estonian Air as a result of which the holding of the state of Estonia in Estonian Air will grow to 90% and SAS will hold 10%. The transaction will come into effect automatically after the Estonian parliament has approved a change in the state budget whereby the state allocates almost 18 mEUR for increasing the share capital of Estonian Air. The lawyers involved in the transaction were Risto Vahimets, Allar Aru, and Mihkel Kolk.
