TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE is a member of the Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association

With a board decision of the Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association as of 31 May 2011 law firm TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE has become a member of the Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LVCA).

The Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association has been established to promote development of the risk capital sector in Latvia. Its task is to inform businessmen and society at large about the risk capital financing possibilities, to facilitate exchange of views and experience among the members of the association, to represent the position and interests of its members vis-a-vis state institutions, as well as to organize and ensure cooperation with private equity and venture capital associations established internationally and in various countries.

Since 2003 the Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association is an associated member of the European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.
