Law firm TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE advised Arco Vara on the transfer of its Tivoli development project properties to its subsidiary, Tivoli Arendus OÜ, and on attracting a partner to Tivoli Arendus OÜ. Raising investment to Tivoli Arendus OÜ makes it possible to quickly proceed with the development of the Tivoli project; in the first stage of the project up to 170 apartments will be constructed, and the first ones are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2012.

The lawyers advising on the transaction were partners Erki Kergandberg and Rolan Jankelevitš and senior associate Andres Siigur.
