TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE advised ERGO's life insurance companies cross-border merger in the Baltics

From the beginning of January ERGO’s life insurance companies in the Baltic States are operating as one Societas Europaean company - ERGO Life Insurance. The company is registered in Lithuania (Vilnius) and has branches in Latvia and Estonia.

In legal and tax matters the cross-border merger of ERGO's life insurance companies in the Baltics was advised by law firm TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE partners Hannes Vallikivi, Marius Matonis, senior associates Andra Rubene, Odeta Tručinskaitė-Šiušienė, associates Olger Kaelep and Kirsti Pent. Project was managed by Andra Rubene from TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE Riga office.
