TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE Tallinn office advised Neste Oil on sale of its majority holding in AS Reola Gaas

The largest oil refining and marketing corporation in Northern Europe Neste Oil sold its 93.85% holding in Estonian subsidiary AS Reola Gaas, a company mainly engaged in sale of LPG, to Alexela Group. The transaction was completed on 1 August.

TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE partner Risto Vahimets and senior associate Marit Savi assisted Neste Oil with the sale transaction.
