- Represented MOLLER BALTIKUM AS before the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania LR in obtaining permission for concentration by acquiring the shares of UAB Magira (2009);
- Counselled AB Pieno žvaigždės on issues of competition law (2009);
- Represented the client UAB HC Airways in an acquisition transaction, regarding conclusion of the shareholders agreement. Also advises the client on issues of concluding a services and cooperation agreement with the Vilnius Airport, also on issues of state aid (2009);
- Advised a client on public procurement and other issues pertaining to introduction of the system of public transport e-tickets in the city of Šiauliai (2009);
- Advised Royal Canin on distribution of products in Lithuania (2009);
- Advised VR Group (a Finnish railway company) and the Russian railways on issues of competition law (2009);
- Represented AB Ventus-nafta in obtaining a concentration permit from the Competition Council in connection with acquisition of a petrol station in Panevėžys (2009);
- Advised private equity funds Freenergi and Vardar Eurus on acquisition of a number of wind power parks in Lithuania. Currently, the said funds, holding 13 wind power parks with the total capacity of 235 MW, are the major holder of wind power parks in the Baltic countries (2008);
- Advised the shareholders of UAB Archyvų Sistemos, the largest archiving company in the Baltics, on all legal issues concerning the sale of shares to the private equity investor AS Lohmus Holding (Estonia)(2008);
- Advised AB SANITAS, the largest producer of generic pharmaceutical products in Lithuania, and its major shareholders CITI VENTURE CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL, AMBER TRUST II S.C.A. and AB INVALDA on all the aspects of Lithuanian law related to strategic alternatives for increasing the shareholders' value, including a possible sale of the AB SANITAS shares (2008);
- Advised one of the largest private equity funds in the Central Europe Polish Enterprise Fund (managed by Enterprise Investors) in connection with acquisition of UAB Novaturas, the biggest tour operator in the Baltic countries, and its subsidiaries in Latvia and Estonia, and the funding of the transaction, as well as in connection with the legal due diligence of UAB Novaturas and its subsidiaries in the Baltic countries (2007–2008);
- Advised MAXIMA LT, UAB on legal issues of concentration control, represented the company in dealings with the Competition Council (2008);
- Acted for Polska Wytwornia Papierow Wartosciowych S.A. and UAB Garsų pasaulis in the public tender for production of Lithuanian identity documents with biometric data (2007).
