• Drafted legal documents and resented the interests of UAB Litscrap, one of the major metal waste collection and recycling companies, in negotiations for lease of the warehousing premises of approx.11,000 square metres (2010);
• Represented UAB Šviesos Konversija, a world leading producer of lasers, in acquisition of premises for development of scientific research and manufacturing activities of the company and executing a land usage agreement (2009);
• Represented the client in executing a long-term State-owned land lease agreement concerning a part of the land parcel in the territory of the IT and hi-tech park (2009);
• Counselled the client on the issues of performance/amendment of a lease agreement with one of the major property owners (lessors) (2009);
• Counselled UAB Precizika Metal (a company controlled by the Danish holding Ingemann Holding, manufacturing precision mechanical parts) on the issues of lease of non-residential premises (warehousing premises of approx.3,500 square metres) (2009);
• Counselled ICON Plc, a world-known provider of pharmacy, biotechnologies and medical devices industry development services, on lease of non-residential premises (2009);
• Counsels UAB 4energia on different construction contacting issues related to construction of wind farms and development of related infrastructure (2009);
• Drafted legal documents represented one of the largest dairy processors in negotiations with companies of Ranga IV group regarding lease of office premises of approx. 1,200 square metres (2008);
• Represented the interests of AB Ventus Nafta (holding a chain of retail petrol stations in Lithuania), which is a company of PKN Orlen group, in negotiations for acquisition and lease of petrol stations in Lithuania (2008);
• Represented the client’s interests in writing off of debts of AB Verpstas to the Spanish company Kettering S.A. and lifting the pledge on the equipment owned by AB Verpstas (2008);
• Counselled Lindorff AS on issues of lease of residential immovable property (2008);
• Counselled AB Pieno Žvaigždės, a major dairy processor in Lithuania, on legal issues and drafted property sale-purchase agreements (2008);
• Counselled UAB Akropolis LT, a company controlling one of the major shopping centres, on legal issues and drafted agreements on lease of shopping centres (2008);
• Assisted in connection with counselling of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania on a pilot project designed for the optimisation of the financial management and accounting model of the Lithuanian Diplomatic Service and for the working out of strategies in other areas of the Lithuanian Diplomatic Service (2007);
