- Counselled the company Novo Nordisk Pharma, a Lithuanian representative of a major global pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk, on issues of legal protection of personal data (2010);
- Assisted in connection with advising IDS Borjomi Beverages and its subsidiary IDS Borjomi Europe, the producer and importer of the mineral water Borjomi to the European Union, on conclusion on various business contracts, as well as on intellectual property protection issues; also assisted in connection with advising on the initiation of the bankruptcy proceedings against the former distributor of the company’s products UAB Accuratus, on award of the debts and damages, determination of the true reasons for insolvency of the company, indemnification for damage caused to creditors (2010);
- Represented UAB PR International in registration of national trademarks in Lithuania; represented interests of the company in the opposition procedures in the State Patent Bureau aimed at challenging and invalidation of later trademark registrations, that infringe the exclusive rights of UAB PR International (2010);
- Assisted in connection with representing the largest foreign creditor SSB, that is in the business of providing aircraft engine maintenance services, in the AB FlyLAL Lithuanian Airlines case (2010);
- Assisted in connection with representing UAB MGF Šviesos Konversija (also named Light Conversion Ltd), a world-known producer of lasers, in acquisition of premises necessary for development of the company’s activities and in conclusion of a land use agreement (2010);
- Assisted in connection with advising UAB 4energia on various issues of construction contracting in connection with construction of wind power plants and creation of related infrastructure in Lithuania (2009);
- Assisted in connection with representing Jadecloud-Vilma, one of the largest textile producers in Lithuania, in a dispute with the distribution company in Latvia for the enforcement of the German company’s bankruptcy proceedings (2009);
- Assisted in connection with counselling ICON Plc, a world-known provider of pharmacy, biotechnologies and medical devices industry development services, on lease of non-residential premises (2009);
- Assisted in connection with representing AB Ventus-Nafta (holding a chain of retail gas stations in Lithuania), which is a company of PKN Orlen group, in negotiations for acquisition and lease of gas stations in Lithuania (2008);
- Assisted in connection with representing the interests of PKN Orlen in connection with the acquisition of Ventus-Nafta gas station network (2007-2008);
- Assisted in connection with a legal due diligence of UAB Sulinkiai (a company engaged in the business of production, wholesale and retail sale of peat) (2008);
