• Represented ERGO Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe operating in 31 countries of the world and having 40 million clients, in establishment of the first European Company (Societas Europaea) registered in Lithuania (2010);
• Counselled IDS BORJOMI BEVERAGES Co. N.V., the only producer of the Georgian mineral water BORJOMI, on the initiation of the bankruptcy proceedings against the former distributor of the company’s products UAB Accuratus, on award of the debts and damages, determination of the true reasons of insolvency of the company, indemnification for damage caused to creditors and other related issues. Also, provided legal services to IDS BORJOMI EUROPE, UAB, a subsidiary of the international company GEORGIAN GLASS & MINERAL WATER CO. N.V., on issues related to the quality, marking and import requirements of the production supplied to the market, as well as served the client as its main legal adviser in various daily matters (2010);
• Provided advice to the client UAB Litscrap, belonging to one of the leading European producers of steel, CELSA GROUP, on all issues of operation in Lithuania, including incorporation of the company, regulation of operation, agreements on lease and operation and issues of labour law (2010);
• Represented Viasat AS, the largest provider of digital satellite television in the Baltic States, in general commercial, consumer protection, business optimization and regulatory matters (2010);
• Represented on international pharmaceutical companies such as H.Lundbeck A/S, TAMRO, Boehringer Ingelheim in patent protection, regulatory, restructuring, business optimisation matters. The legal services involve assistance in the relations with the regulatory authorities, license and permit matters, employment, contractual, tax issues in their daily activities (2010);
• Represented the client, one of the Europe’s leading producers of mineral wool insulation Paroc Group, in loan restructuring, on Lithuanian law matters (2009 – 2010);
• Represented the client, one of the most advanced biotechnology pharmacy companies in Lithuania, in conclusion of cooperation and manufacture agreements with partners (2010);
• Counsels Viasat AS, a branch of pay-television operator Viasat Broadcasting in the Baltics, on general matters of commercial law, contracting, regulatory matters (2009 – 2010);
• Counsels ERGO Life Group in connection with establishment of the European Company (Societas Europaea) in Lithuania (2009);
• Provides advice to a client belonging to one of the leading European producers of steel, CELSA GROUPTM, on all issues of operation, including incorporation of the company, regulation of operation, agreements on lease and operation and issues of employment law (2009);

• Assisted Danske Bank A/S in connection with cross-border merger of Finnish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian companies of Sampo Bank plc group to Danske Bank A/S (2007-2008);
• Counselled Seesam Group and SAMPO Group in connection with establishment of the first European Companies (Societas Europaea) in the Baltic States (2006-2007);
• Advised Arcapita Bank B.S.C. with regard to acquisition of one of the leading manufacturers of mineral wool insulation in Europe, the company Paroc Group Oy Ab; assisted in connection with a legal due diligence of UAB Paroc as well as with pledge and mortgage of assets in securing a credit of EUR 825 million granted to Paroc Group Holding Oy by the bank ING Bank N.V. (2006-2007);
• Counselled a multinational concern, Spirits Product International Group (S.P.I. Group), in connection with its acquisition of a major importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages in Lithuania, UAB Bennet distributors, as well as the reorganization of its associated companies in Lithuania (2006).
