Experience:
- Completed the land parcel transaction for construction of a petrol station by signing and notarising the real estate sale and purchase agreement (2009);
- Represented UAB Šviesos Konversija, a world leading producer of lasers, in acquisition of premises for development of scientific research and manufacturing activities of the company and executing a land usage agreement (2009);
- Represented the client in executing a long-term State-owned land lease agreement concerning a part of the land parcel in the territory of the IT and hi-tech park (2009);
- Counselled the client on the issues of performance/amendment of a lease agreement with one of the major property owners (lessors) (2009);
- Counselled ICON Plc, a world-known provider of pharmacy, biotechnologies and medical devices industry development services, on lease of non-residential premises (2009);
- Drafted legal documents and represented one of the largest dairy processors in negotiations with companies of Ranga IV group regarding lease of office premises of approx. 1,200 square metres (2007 – 2009);
- Represented AB Ventus Nafta (holding a chain of retail petrol stations in Lithuania), which is a company of PKN Orlen group, in negotiations for acquisition and lease of petrol stations in Lithuania (2007 – 2008);
- Represented the client’s interests in writing off of debts of AB Verpstas to the Spanish company Kettering S.A. and lifting the pledge on the equipment owned by AB Verpstas (2008);
- Represented UAB Liningas, a subsidiary of Jessgrove Ltd. in Lithuania, in conclusion of the agreement on purchase of real estate from Domus Altera (in the territory of the former AB Dirbtinis Pluoštas) (2008);
- Represented the major Lithuanian road designing company UAB Kelprojektas in the tender announced by AB Lietuvos Geležinkeliai and in negotiations for designing of the Rail Baltica railroad section from the Lithuanian – Polish border to Marijampolė (2008);
- Counselled AB Pieno žvaigždės, a major dairy processor in Lithuania, on legal issues and drafted property sale-purchase agreements (2008);
- Counselled UAB Mars Lietuva on the matters of labour law (2007);
- In cooperation with Estonian law firm Tark & Co, counselled Sampo Group, Finland’s largest financial services group, about the establishment of its Societas Europaea (2005);
- Counselled Baker & McKenzie, a global law firm, regarding the conducting of International Labour Audit in respect of UAB PHILIP MORRIS LIETUVA (2005);
