We employ over 100 people in the firm, among them nearly 90 lawyers. Most of the lawyers are members of the local bar associations.
All of our lawyers have graduated from prominent Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian law schools and most of them hold post-graduate degree. Many of our lawyers have interned or worked with leading Nordic, German, French or American law firms. We have a programme of enhancement of professional skills and our people regularly attend training events at home and abroad. Our practice groups hold regular joint trainings.
