Drafting of an opinion on Dienvidu bridge

Grunte & Cers in co-operation with economist Uldis Osis have carried out legal and economic expertise and issued an opinion to Riga Council in relation to the audit carried out by State Audit Office on substantiation of the increase in the construction costs of Dienvidu bridge and possible recovery of losses incurred by Riga municipality in this regard. The opinion has been handed over to Riga Council for consideration and adoption of decision on further activities.
