Inese Hazenfusa has participated in a study on legal profession in European Union

Senior Associate Inese Hazenfusa has participated in drafting of the Latvian law section in relation to rules governing lawyer profession in the study of professor of University of Milan Bruno Nascimbene The Legal Profession in the European Union, issued by Kluwer Law International 2009. The book shows how the openness of the legal profession at the European level required by process of European integration, closer relations among Member States may be achieved. The author examines the relevant EU legislation, case law and the laws of each of the 27 Member States affecting the practice of law.
