Banking and finance lawyers participated in a seminar in Riga

In late January, the members of the Banking and Finance Practice Group of Grunte & Cers Gundars Cers, Inese Hazenfusa, Andra Rubene, Linda Štrause and Andis Pauniņš participated in a joint with TLS Alliance partners - Estonian law firm Tark & Co and Lithuanian law firm Sutkiene, Pilkauskas & Partners and the largest law firm in Sweden - Mannheimer Swartling. Attendees touched upon the topical trends in the banking and finance field that reflect the gradual recovery of the banking sector from the global financial crisis and discussed various ways to improve the financing documents currently in use in the banking sector, both when signing new and amending existing agreements. The discussions and exchange of experience that took place at the seminar will assist TLS Alliance to continue provision of legal services to its banking clients on an up-to-date level and to effectively alleviate typical financing-related risks.
